John Filkins is really good. Whatever you do DO NOT USE GENE MURRAY. I PAID him $375 and he ignored my phone calls and texts for over two months and didn't even filed any paperwork what so ever. I had to threaten to report him to the bar and call the police before he gave me my money back. Then he insulted me saying I didn't have enough money to pay him the total which was bs. He is the laziest attorney I have ever met in my life. And all he had to do was file a motion to dismiss child support for my son's biological dad. That's it. It was one form saying he would surrender his rights in exchange for not having to pay support anymore and he never even filed it. He is AWFUL !!!
