Woolite Oxy Deep. Sold only at Walmart that I know of...comes in a spray for spots & heavy traffic areas & also liquid for whole carpet. Works like magic, but you do have to rinse well & suck up the residue. A wet/dry vac would work on a small area if you don't have a carpet cleaner.

Best option hands down and it's not even comparable is The Perfectionist. It's a big operation but the owner Tim Lee comes out and does the carpets himself. Best job I have ever seen and the best prices. Call him and say James Taylor told you to call f or the friend discount. Using anyone else would just be uncivilized. 602-405-7759 is his personal cell since I don't have the office line. Feel free to call it but let him know I told you to so he doesn't wonder how a stranger got his cell. LOL.
