My personal favorite is The Fabric House on Sidco Drive. There's also Brentwood Interiors. But if you are wanting the best prices, then Short Sheets in Crossville is the way to go.

Ditto to what Chelsea said. The Fabric House has a great selection with decent prices.

I have also found some good fabrics at great prices at 4,6,8 in Jackson. There is also one in Murfreesboro. Only open certain days of the week though. You may want to Google and call before you go. Brentwood Interiors is my go to though.
