Today, a vet in Memphis found a mass the size of a baseball in Bee's abdomen. I need the name of a good veterinary surgeon in the Nashville area.

Gary, you can also check with Hillsboro Animal Hospital. They have been taking care of my fur babies ever since I moved here in 2010, and they have been wonderful.

Dr. Josh Duvall at Cumberland Animal Hospital in Lebanon. He has saved my dog's life and performed several surgeries on her. Excellent vet/surgeon!

Dr. Beauchamp is really good. The doctors at Nashville Veterinary Specialists are extraordinary for exceptional situations. When Sawyer got something lodged in his throat they were the only ones in town with the equipment to do the procedure. ..but they are expensive.
Robert H. replied:
Call Blue Pearl in Cool Springs at (615) 333-1212. Ask for Dr. Au (well named).

We had a very bad experience at Blue Pearl. We will never take another family member there. I would call Dr. Lutz at West Meade Vet Clinic for a referral.
Peter O. replied:
Ok. I left u a PM with my number. u can call me for anything, I get a caring feeling from u and it would be an honor and a blessing to hear from u! God Bless.
Hi folks, where do you buy your Adequan? Our vet has recommended we source online for best pricing, and also that I consider buying Equine version as it's bigger...
Susan J. replied:
I use Valley Vet Equine Adequan. Just watch the short expiration dates
Pam H. replied:
I got mine from Farmvet.com. The large bottle of equine multi-dose was $399 and lasted 7 months. Prior to that I was getting the canine version at Costco for $83 for 1.5 doses. Big savings from Farmvet.com
Pam H. replied:
Jennifer Rand Romney, your vet should tell you the dose needed for Joey. You'll also need a prescription for the needles. I got those at Costco. The Farmvet.com people were fantastic. They contacted my vet and told her how to write the prescription so there wasn't any need for me to try to figure it out.

Franklin Kennels and the Vet right in front. They are terrific, reasonably priced. Checked others out and too expensive or not available when needed.
Anyone ever get their dogs teeth cleared of plaque where they put dog under and do what ever they do? Have a price from our vet but sure seems expensive. If so can you...
Amy M. replied:
Dr. Alexander at Pet Vet suggested several things before we put our dog under for teeth cleaning. Dr. Alexander has been out vet for years and has cared for our dogs for a long time. Each vet is different and if you doubt what's being said look for another vet.
Caroline L. replied:
Pet Vet. Bellevue. AMAZING.
Colleen C. replied:
I went to Dr. Butler at Pet Vet (in Grassland) and I would take my dog in for a physical, shots and teeth cleaning and would usually spend about $400-500.
