the Q&J Child Care Center is open Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends, but it's a pretty far drive from Fredericksburg.

Have you looked into Mothers Day Out with one of the churches? The church on west creek street way towards west jeks but on the other side of Main St has Tuesdays and Thursdays available. my boss said its like $20 a day. And I think the church by Herbert Auto or around there does Mondays and Wednesdays

I'm not sure if your baby is old enough or not but ms. Lorries daycare is really good. Payton has gone there for years and started kindergarten this year reading! She only goes on Fridays now so Miss Lorrie might work with ya. Plus she's a certified EMT.
