I'm starting back up the couch to 5 k training this week (as soon as Trevor Browne gets my treadmill set up). We can do it together and hold each other accountable. There's a 5 k in May I'm running as my end goal.

I always used Spot Shot. Very good at getting stains out. I used it when the kids were in bed for the night so I didn't have to worry about the fumes etc bothering them.
