Thank you Julia......I am taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin but it seemed to do nothing for the hip....the hip is more of a problem than the back!!! I am going to try "Ayuvera" medicine which is natural.....as I cannott take ANY regular meds becuase it upsets my stomach too much!!!! OH! WOAH is me.......GE SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!!!!
