Take him to Jewish Renaissance medical center in Perth Amboy. (Look it up) It's a wonderful clinic that accommodates people without insurances and even covers costs under charity care! Sometimes even copay. They also have a pharmacy inside, so meds would be cheaper also..

PCPs if you can wait to make appointment or Urgent Care ...ER will be very expensive, would not recommend it
