http://www.gardenvines.com/shop/native-vines-1/ Aristolochia macrophylla and A. tomentosa are both native pipevines. Pipevine Swallowtails I'm told will also use Wild Ginger which might be easier to find in local nurseries. Prairie Moon Nursery has Spicebush available this year. http://www.prairiemoon.com/plants/bare-root/trees-shrubs-vines/lindera-benzoin-spicebush/?cat=0&from_search=Y

I have a suggestion if you can't find anyone selling these plants. There are individuals who swap or share seeds at http://forums.gardenweb.com/forums/ You would have to post a request for the specific seeds on the website. I did see a post for nettle seeds from 2007 so I think it's likely that there are still people out there that would be willing to help with this matter.
I get all my native butterfly friendly plants at the Delaware Nature Society's annual plant sale. This year it is April 26-29. See link: http://www.delawarenaturesociety.org/nps.html
