I don't know what this baby has done to me, but my hip HURTS. Walking like a 90-year-old today. Anybody have a good chiropractor in CoMO??

Dr Jeremy Maxwell of Maxwell Family Chiropractic. He's awesome and helped me so much during my pregnancies! Instant results and pain relief. 573-443-6828. He is in the Columbia office on Monday and Wednesday and Fayette on Tuesday and Thursday. He goes to my church. Hope you feel better!

For the school insurance - Tiger Chiropractic - and it's close (straight across from Hooters on the opposite side of I-70)

Thanks everyone! Made an appt with Dr. Maxwell for Weds. So until then, don't laugh if you see me and I'm walking like your grandma.:)
I'm very crunchy but I have a secret- I've never been to a chiropractor! I've always wanted to go but just never followed through. Any good recommendations on chiros in...

Dr. Lotta Timberlake is excellent. I've seen her as needed for years. She was educated in St. Louis but is originally from Sweden. She's not one of those that tries to rope you in with "maintenance" visits like some do. Dr's White & Carpentier share her office and they are wonderful too. I have seen both of them. Their technique is more aggressive (but not painful) and I would recommend them also.

I am thinking about setting an appointment with Cristina Stafford@Stonebridge Family Chiropractic on Nifong. She was featured in the Saturday business section of the C-T. She hails from California (my version of Heaven), and has a passion for treating women and children. She earned bachelor's degrees in chemistry and biological sciences (minor - biochem) at UC-Irvine. She earned her doctorate in chiro at Southern California University of Health Sciences.

Dr. Pressley on Providence near old streetside music is FAST and inexpensive $25 per treatment if you pay cash or check and they don't have to mess with insurance.
Julie B. replied:
If you are looking for a gentle touch with some massage thrown in then Nirtana Goodman is a great choice.
Jane A. replied:
Dr. Pressley is great - to be clear, they also take insurance.

I love the Winarski's at Family First also. I go see them regularly, they're a sweet married couple who do kids too. Also I love Nirtana, she also does massage and you could always come see me and try out acupuncture!
