Thank you for the info. We have Jessica Williams and she's been great, we've lived here a little over a year. She's always taken care of everything in a timely manner but this is our first "emergency" and just so happened to happen on a weekend:-/ I do think in the future they should get an emergency line or something

That's bullshit. I've had a lot of problems with them and I've been here less than a month. I've been applying the pressure HARD though and things are finally getting done. Here is the office managers info, contact her directly. Your situation is an emergency and should be handled immediately. If they continue to ignore you contact an AC person directly and refuse to pay it in your rent. Like I said, this is a legal obligation. It is supposed to be like 97 degrees today. Unacceptable. Saul Silber is one of the nastiest people to rent a condo through. Had a friend several years back who lived in one of his apartment properties. The unit above them caught on fire, affected her apartment and her stuff. Saul actually showed up and told her that he hopes she has renters insurance. No concern for her health or well fair. He is pretty awful. You on the other hand could easily get an attorney, one the gets paid if they win (but it won't take that long). This guy and his "management" respond well to legal action
