Whoever does your inspection, have him/her sign off for DeKalb Water for low flush toilets. That will save you a separate inspection.

We used Buzzy Stephens who is ASHI certified. 770-403-8985. He does text messages at that number. He took his time-several hours, to do the inspection and had a thorough report with pictures, notations and a summary. Probably they all do that nowadays, though.

At one time Chris Keeling was doing home inspections. I don't know how it works, (have to be licensed in certain counties or what not), but you may check with him. Also Jeff Joiner was inspecting too, I believe.
