There is terrific cycling to be had in the rural areas. Maybe getting outdoors is motivating, once it warms up of course. Peddling up Old 109 then zooming down Bug Hollow is a blast.

The gym feels like a family. The equipment is top of the line and the Hydro bed that is inculded in your memebership - you'll never leave.

I go to Fit Force and you can bring your children but there is not a babysitter. I believe Burn bootcamp has childcare at some classes and so does Southern Barre. I think it's free at Burn but 5.00 a child at Barre.

It's awesome! Sandy Odum Hughes is amazing and runs classes there. It is associated with Ernie Reyes. They have kickboxing, yoga, Tai chi, then they also do mma and personal training. You can come try a free class and check us out. We have a lot of fun!
