Scott Barnett with Home Rite did the inspection when I bought my house and after my referral a few of my friends houses as well. Super nice guy, SUPER thorough. Has a real good way of explaining how serious each issue and equates issues in how much they would concern him if he were buying the house. Griffith Home Analysis. (205) 871-1007 He talked me out of buying a house with some serious problems (I hope any inspector would have done the same) but he is extremely thorough and fits your description. I used Ed (the younger inspector) and will definitely do so if and when I buy another house.

AQI performed my inspection in November. Dwight was incredibly thorough and his report was filled with detailed descriptions and pictures. The inspection took roughly 4 hours and cost $500 aqiinc.com

Jeff Brown inspected our home a few months ago. He was there for several hours, cost $300 for a 1400 sqft home. He has 20+ years experience and over 10,000 individual homes inspected by him. He gave us an amazing report on every single inch of our house, pictures and all. He even went to bat for us when our home insurance inspectors thought they found an issue and wanted a costly fix before writing the policy. He properly set them straight.
