Agents/Community - Does anyone know any builders that specialize in completely wheel chair accessible/functional homes or knows a builder that will modify their current...

We are currently custom building a home with Bob Ewy of Prairie Homes KC. We modified one of his existing plans with an architect, adding things/spaces we wanted which included a MIL suite that's completely handicap accessible and we also increased all the doorways on our main level to 36" wide. We're also modifying our garage entry to be a 'no step' entry. I would think any builder would work with you to modify a plan. It just might cost a bit more in architect fees to modify the plans. Good luck!

Hey I think perhaps those new Ranch homes on McKinley were built to be wheet chair accessible. They are all flat entry and the doors are all larger than the norm. Those are Martens Family built.

Bruce Rieke was one of the builders in Nottington Creek. He built my house. (913) 915-7476
Does anyone have any recommendations for someone who installs attic fans? We don't currently have one, but it appears the builder roughed in the electrical for one.
