Darla Williams - actually, disability attorneys are only allowed a percentage of the back pay (either 25% or 33%) up to $6,000 maximum for their fee if a case is won (at least those were the numbers back in 2010). If the attorney is making more on the case than the client, then a claim should be filed with the Bar Association.
