I don't know how they handle patients whose insurance doesn't cover visits, but the best chiropractor I've ever had is Dr. Brenda Casey at Healing Arts Center in Lenexa, near the Lenexa Branch of the Johnson County Library. http://www.lenexachiropractors.com/ I went to her for years before a tumor fractured my spine and if my neurosurgeon would have approved it I would still be happily seeing her for monthly maintenance for life. Not only did she make my sciatica and back/neck problems feel tremendously better, but she also did adjustments in my arms and wrists that alleviated my carpal tunnel symptoms and even fixed my jaw when I dislocated it (twice!). And every visit ends in a healing hug, if you are willing, which I always loved. They really heal your whole self there, body and spirit.

I highly recommend trying Arbor Creek Health and Wellness just off I-35 and Santa Fe. Dr Boom, who happens to be my husband, (call me biased, but trust me it's earned by the quality of care you get at this office) has learned a one of a kind type of treatment Dr Bhakta has developed over the past 10 years. This type of treatment has proven time and time again to get people better faster and for longer periods of time. It targets the root of the problem causing the pain, not just where you are hurting. Dr Boom spends the time with you that you need by booking his appointments in 20 minute increments instead of 5-10 as in most offices. They also have online scheduling which people really love, and Saturday hours! Check out the website, it explains thing far better than I do!
