Tammy M. replied:
Or our website www.customconcretekc.com we are local and have a 25 year warranty
Angela P. replied:
We used ProFoundation. They have a lifetime transferable warranty as well. However, like I said most people on my street used various companies and had work done multiple times. One guy down the road put 60 k in foundation repairs. Remember, foundation companies want to sell you their services -- whether you truly need them or not and it may or may not work in the long run. Pay the $500 bucks for an independent structural engineer evaluation. It could save you thousands. We used a well respected engineering firm called Norton & Schmidt. Cost was $500.

Angela once your home is Piered you shouldn't have to have it again unless the actual pier fails.. not sure what company you used but we've been in business for over 25 years and have NEVER had to go back on a home! We have done quit a few homes here in Gardner and know different areas have different soils.. like I explained to Ashley you don't have to pay extra $$ for an Engineer to tell you what an actual Foundation Repair Specialist can..
Foundation repair, mudjacking and piers needed. Anyone have any suggestions? I have called Level Mudjacking and had no luck with calls returned and I have also already...
