You need a Realtor that will sit down and get the details you need so you will not waste any time looking at homes you don't want to buy or seller's that don't want to sell to you with your special needs. I recommend Chris Dowell. Time is money for both you and the Realtor. You need to work with a professional that their only job is working for you. There are a lot of great full time professionals. Chris works Olathe a lot and is not afraid to ask the questions up front.
