I've had TWC internet for a year and have not lost connection once. The TV service has its hiccups on occasion.

Dusty, I believe so and I think I remember seeing that.. But the price for it is outrageous compared to AT&T. I pay the same amount now with TWC as I did with AT&T but I don't get nearly as many channels or "specials" like DVR:( I will agree, TWC Internet is amazing. That was the deciding factor for me as I was in online school at the time. I heard from everyone TWC internet was a lot stronger than Comcast or century link. I think all companies have good and bad features and I think that's what the person asking the original question was trying to look for in the first place. Simply saying one service just sucks isn't really helpful:/

If you think you're getting 50 mbps from TWC, you're delusional. Check speedtest.net We've had TWC for about 8 years now. It's probably the best of the available options, but still drops 2-3 times per month. Why isn't anyone talking Google Fiber? AT&T isn't the end goal for Gardner...
