I work with adults with disabilities at Lakemary Center and most of them utilize public transportation. 10/10 is the service offered by olathe transport program so that's who we use. It's safe and good for last minute needs, but we have alot of issues with timeliness of rides, dependability etc. If we had a different option, we wouldn't use 10/10. HOWEVER, if you try them a few times and find a driver she likes, have her get a card and just use that specific driver. Individual drivers can and do take on personal clients. We have had great success with this scenario
