I strongly encourage you to re-evaluate the chiropractor thing. I go to one and they do adjustments that relieve subluxations - please check out their site and reconsider. You are way too young to waste time that you could be enjoying life. :) http://www.matthewsfamilychiropractic.com/
With losing 75% of your movement you need to have surgery. Especially if none of that is helping. I use a cervical traction at home unit. It helps me a lot. We usually start with PT, then go to injections, and then the last resort is surgery. With C6 nerve root impingement it is time to see a surgeon. Dr. Gudeman at Neuroscience and Spine Center in Gastonia is amazing for cervical surgeries. Look him up.
Anyone go to a a Chiropractor? Good for you bad for you? Suggestions

Dr Travis at the Hay clinic! He is great. However, if you go too much, your body gets used to being adjusted and can become dependent on it. Moderation is the key but I highly recommend it.
