I had my bustle done by [Jennie Bijou](http://www.jenniebijou.com/) last summer, my dress didn't need any other alterations. It was about $30-40. She pinned it up with a few different styles and was quite helpful about it all. She was so sweet and did a great job! She also did some alterations on the Jr. Bridesmaids dresses.
