Jo Otter. Amazing. She has done major and minor alterations for us for various special occasions, one time nearly having to remake a dress after significant weight loss. She also did ore planned last minute alterations for my maid of honor 10 years ago since she was flying in from another country. I wouldn't spring it on her as a surprise, Just saying that she will definitely work with you and the work itself is great.
