We used Ron Gabbard for a few things on our Newark home. He was reasonable and has done work for a few people in my family. Good luck on the remodel!

Mr. Rooter LLC my Christmas Eve main sewer line clean out was disgusting enough, but the technician was efficient. made a "crappy" experience better. I have his card at home, for when I need to have the line looked at again should the tree roots grow back and block the 70 year old clay line.

Bob Helstrom does good work...he put a new sewer line in for me in January.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a contractor in the area to help us renovate our second floor? Plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc. thanks in advance
