Nick Himes I had a terrible time trying to find a CPA when I opened in May. Everyone was either extremely rude, uninterested in taking on a new customer or would not answer their phones. I discovered Payroll Plus and was blown away by how genuinely friendly and accommodating they were. Christy normally answers the phone and because of her customer service, I picked them to work with. They've come to me on several occasions because it's hard for me to leave my shop. Highly recommend!! I don't know how often they take on new clients, but at least they answer or return messages and they are nice. Tell them I sent you. H&R Block in Cedar Park on Walton Way is where I go every year. They always make sure that I get the most for my taxes. Also they make sure that I don’t leave until I understand everything & have no questions. I definitely recommend going here. The person I use is Rosaura (Rosie). She makes me feel really comfortable there. She definitely knows about medical deductions.
