Unfortunatly, the extended stay daily rates add up very fast for 6 months. Here is a suggestion for cabin rental. Bet they might "negotiate for 6 mos": http://www.rbcabinresort.com Also, saw this new RV Share site the other day and one guy had one that he would "pull" to lot of your choice. That said we have a few nice RV parks in GT: https://rvshare.com/rv/airbnb-for-rvs

Hello! Looking for recommendations for a nice hotel that is close to amenities. Maybe something downtown? Would just prefer to hear recommendations by locals rather than...

Sweet Lemon Inn is cute! They don't have "amenities" necessarily, but has all the charm! I've been wanting to stay there and I live in town! Haha!

The new Sheraton is beautiful and rates are extremely low considering it is a 4 Star property. Look at photos on Yelp and Trip Advisor. They also have a rate for locals and can upgrade for small fee to their concierge level. http://www.starwoodhotels.com/sheraton/property/overview/index.html?propertyID=4122&language=en_US

www.sangabrielhouse.com/ is a beautiful historic home that is very close to the downtown square. Also https://www.facebook.com/1456641621219750 Sweet Lemon Inn & Kitchen -that someone else mentioned -is downtown and super cute ! Think either one would be really cool to stay at
Does anyone know what business or businesses will be opening where they are doing construction in front of the new Sheraton Hotel? (please don't say mattress store...)
Lauryl K. replied:
There are several things scheduled to open there. Restaurants, shops, bistros, office condos, etc. Don't think that have everyone lined up yet. http://www.thesummitatriverypark.com/

Voted Americas best day spa multiple years in a row, I'm sure it's an experience you will fall in love with!

Always stay at Red Roof in Amherst. Stay on the first floor so you can tote all your loot in without stairs or elevators.
Is there a motel/hotel that doesn't charge an arm, and a leg anywhere near Williams Dr?
The Georgetown Inn is the only one I could find, but they're completely booked....

There's one on Leander Road near Jack In The Box and I35. I think it is called Quality Inn.
