If you're having actual pain, you need to go see one of the therapists at https://www.facebook.com/138795416216672 Therapy Central of Round Rock, P.C. They are licensed massage therapists but specialize in relieving your pain for good. They are amazing. I used to have killer back pain (horrible eenes) but now I dont really have problems. I went a few times in the beginning because I was pretty bad off, but now I just need to go in about once every few years. It's more expensive than a regular feel-good massage, but that's because you wont have to keep going back every month. Best money you can spend on yourself!
