http://www.avvo.com/real-estate-lawyer/tx/georgetown.html?=undefined&client_reviews=1&endorsements=1&no_misconduct=1 I found this for you Damon. The only one of the 3 I am even familiar with is Randy Stump. He assisted my family with properties left after a death, but I did not deal with it personally.

Randall Stump transferred property from my in-laws to my husband and I years ago and he is also the advising attorney for our current HOA. Surely, you'll compare the total cost and fees of hiring an attorney vs using a Realtor. Keep in mind that listing with a Realtor puts you in the MLS for a lot more exposure, the Realtor handles the showings and helps with a lot of the busy work involved with selling. If you decide to rent, who will take care of issues/maintenance on the property when you are out of state? A few things to consider. ;-) (And No, I'm not a Realtor; just sold and rented several properties over the years. ;-) )
