We are new to the area and are in need of establishing good medical / dental care in Maryland. If you know of some great doctors, I would really appreciate some...

Ditto Potomac Pediatrics -- we've known Dr. Glassman since before she finished her residency. They're definitely fabulous! Chuck (Charles) Harrington is an amazing orthodontist. For adults, try Dr. Singh at Kentlands Medical Associates.

We were in the same boat a year ago and are still resting the waters. Really like Dr. Zaft in Damascus for family doctor. Didn't care for Doctors On Sight in Germantown for eye doctors. Trying our second dentist next month.

Another recommendation for Clarksburg Pediatrics, specifically Dr. Rahman - she's simply the best!

I use Dr George Athanasius in Germantown for my eyes. He's fabulous. I called with an emergency the first time I needed to go and he got me in immediately.

Another recommendation for Clarksburg Dental. We were there on Monday and brought our 2 yo son to see my cleaning to get him comfortable with the dentist. They were so nice to him and now he can't stopped talking about the teeth doctor.

Another great option for dental would be Dr. Brian Krandell. He is located in Germantown. Family healthcare is also good for adult medical. They are also in Germantown. Dr. Monika Woods is great for kids. She is in Gaithersburg. Hope that helps. Welcome to the neighborhood!

As far as dental, Dr. Liu and Dr. Lin at Carksburg Dental are great. We also love Dr. Saini at Clarksburg Orthodontics. They are located on Brewers Tavern (behind Subway and Upcounty Beer and Wine). Dr. Rahman at Clarksburg Pediatrics comes highly recommended as well. She is also on Brewers Tavern.

We go to Children's Pediatricians and Associates off Clopper and love the practice! For a pediatric dentist we go to Mt. Airy Smiles as Dr. Hassan came highly recommended.

Many Clarksburg area adults seem to use Family Healthcare as a family practice. We've used them for years, they're close by in Germantown. They have other offices and a variety of practitioners as well.

Best Dentist are at Seneca Dental in Germantown. Dr. Kwon and Dr. Carpenter.

Welcome to the area! I would recommend Bernard Greenbaum as a dentist (in Rockville/Bethesda) he is honestly the best and Potomac Pediatrics off Shady Grove Road. For adults, I go to physicians associates - they have locations all over.

Contemporary OBGYN (Key West office) Roy Brooks is the best!
I am looking for a chiropractor. Any insight on the few we have in Germantown would be greatly appreciated.

Dr. Jessop. Excellent care, plus as a triathlon participant, he understands body mechanics very well. I saw him Wednesday for a locked up SI joint. Good as new!

Germantown Chiropractics are amazing! I just started going there a few weeks ago from a referral from a friend, I was skeptical because I've only had bad experiences before with other chiropractors. Dr. Spiecha is amazing! They don't want to keep you coming forever just until you're feeling better. He has a massager that he uses before adjusting you, which I've never had done! Can't sing their praises enough!
Erin D. replied:
Dr Cole, he's just up the road in Cordova on Walnut Run. Good Dr and open on the weekends.
Does anyone have a chiropractor that you would recommend in the Germantown area? I'm so over waking up and feeling like an OLD woman because I'm still young :)
Kristen G. replied:
Not in Germantown, but Dr. Brandenburg in Bartlett is good. Old school, office is not very modern, but very knowledgeable. My neighbor recommended him to me, after I tried a couple more in the area with bad experiences.
Anyone know of a chiropractor in the area that uses the torque release technique?? I went to one in Knoxville and it was so helpful. I can't seem to find one here.
Annie H. replied:
Dr. Dave Kellenberger (Brooke Bradford Kellenberger) is an awesome chiropractor! I don't know what techniques he uses:)
