I cannot say enough fabulous things about Clarksburg Pediatrics. They have an office in Gaithersburg as well. Dr. Rahman recently spent an entire hour with my son when he was having some issues. An hour!!! We switched over to Clarksburg Pediatrics in the middle of a huge health crisis (cancer) and they have held our hands every step of the way. They have an NP who is also a lactation consultant and she proved to be so helpful and supportive when I had our youngest.

Adele B. replied:
Tosin, I did like Dr. Mengers- I also liked Dr. VonBrokhurst who was an extended nurser herself. I left there a few years ago because of the receptionist/office manager- she had such an attitude and loved power trips, and every time I called or had to speak to her, it seriously ruined my day. Employee attitudes are a big deal to me. It may seem insignificant, but with so many others to choose from, I decided to go somewhere I was happier.
Adele B. replied:
My son was given the wrong vaccine since their system told them he was due for a certain one, even though I had requested another. I would have got it for him anyway a month later, but it was still against my wishes for that visit. My daughter was almost doubled up on one after they hadn't recorded in all of their systems that she'd already had it. The only reason she didn't get it is because I refused. They later admitted their mistake. I told these problems to the state board. Now, the office no longer permits custom/delayed/alternative vaccine schedules, and they terminated us as patients. Oh well. I did like Dr. Hemm.
