Hi Josie, Hot Yoga Plus just opened next to Russo's. All classes are for all levels. I'm teaching Hot 26 Fusion Flow on Saturday at 10:45 a.m. Come and check it out. Your first class is free. All classes are free December 29 - 31, 2014 for our grand opening. See you on the mat!
I heard Pike Yoga just opened and they are wonderful. Wish I could join but I am in PT right now. Hopefully I can join soon. I know the offer very beginner classes. One day I was on FB and I guess it was the owner or instructor I was talking to. Told her I have had chemo mastectomy and radiation this year, I am plus overweight. Needless to say she said no matter what I need they could help me. That was such an encouragement. !!! http://www.pikeyoga.com/
Hi-we just recently moved into town from Columbia, SC and really love it here-this forum is such a great resource!! Any suggestions on private or semi-private yoga...

Wendy Holmes is awesome. She teaches yoga but is also a personal trainer.
Looking for free or beginner yoga classes or low impact classes. Any ideas?
Katie B. replied:
Mary S. Buchanan, I just got back from the Pike Yoga opening, and classes this week are free. Check the online schedule... Gentle Flow classes at 10 on T, TH might be an option. Congratulations on finishing radiation!
Mary B. replied:
Oh Katie Bigus. Thank you. I saw the gentle flow and thought maybe that would be a possibility. Probably in a couple of weeks. Doc wants me to do certain exercises but nothing too strenuous.

Anybody have a chiropractor they swear by in Memphis area? I seem to have done something to it in yoga on Tuesday. Low back. Can't afford to miss any half marathon...
Lula M. replied:
I've been going to Dr. Tammy Doriot for a number of years. Love her. She is with Chiropractic Memphis, 2140 Poplar, Collierville. 38017 861-1212@Poplar and Houston Levee.
Shannon M. replied:
Cole Pain Therapy Group for sure! Go to Dr. Brad Cole there. He goes to Hope and is by far the best pain management professional I've ever known!
Hayley D. replied:
Dr Michael Bibb. Right next to corkys in Cordova. Love him!! I haven't had neck pain since I started going to him.
Brad C. replied:
Thanks for the kind words, Shannon Pennington Milholland. I love this conversation. I'm a big fan of healthcare info via social media.

Brad Cole in Bartlett (that is probably who Shannon recommended). Great for sports rehab.
Anyone have a recommendation for a Germantown Yoga studio? I don't want all the frills of Lifetime fitness, just looking for group yoga classes and would love to...
