Ubud Honeymoon Hotel Hello, can anyone recommend a hotel for our honeymoon in Ubud? Considering the Four Seasons but wondering if I would be overpaying? We want 5 star...

My husband and I really enjoyed the [natya resort](https://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g297701-d12048768-Reviews-Natya_Resort_Ubud-Ubud_Gianyar_Regency_Bali.html) we had a private bungalow with our own pool, gorgeous views, lots of cultural activities, and they’ll arrange transport to town or for private day trips.

Check out Bali Padma Ubud. Not as fancy as Four Seasons but still a 5 star luxury hotel and quite new. They have heated infinity pool overlooking the forests.

My sister and I stayed at the Pramana Watu Kurung resort in Ubud in April. It's ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and super romantic. I think we were the only non-couples there and often joked that the staff must think we're lesbians because it's such a romantic honeymoony sort of location. HIGHLY recommended. We didn't want to leave! It's like paradise.

We did the Como Uma. It was life changing.... we stay at a lot of resorts but this was insane. It’s a perfect location too.

Currently sitting in my room at the Capella Ubud. Best hotel I've ever been at. If you want it quiet and secluded, this is it.

Asked this very question last year and got this place by a fellow few redditors. I took my Mrs to this place last Oct for our honeymoon finish. Staff is amazing, rooms are palaces with your own private pool. You can't go wrong. https://www.balipayoganresort.com/

Check out Honai Resort! Not too far from centre and they have the loveliest pool! Has their own spa and does free yoga sessions. I went with my boyfriend and had the best time, they also have such a nice bathroom with a stone bathtub!

We honeymooned in the Tejaprana Resort and Spa in Ubud. It's only 4 stars however, which we cannot understand! Originally we looked for 5 star hotels too, but fell for Tejaprana. It was a wonderful experience and such a beautiful place! We rented a room with jungle view and private pool. On the terrace there was a tub as well, so you could bath with the view and sounds of the jungle. Every day we had afternoon tea with delicate balinese tapas. And the morning buffet? Not a buffet. A three course menu, where you can choose what you want and they will serve it freshly made. The food was SO good.
During our stay, I fell incredibly sick, because I ate something I shouldn't when we were in Sanur. The crew were amazing. They set me up with a doctor who came really fast. Every day they asked me whether I was okay, and feeling better. They sent tea to our room. The whole staff remembered us, even though we could not always remember every one of them. Incredible experience. For us, it was 5/5.
Edit to add the hotel is also super quiet. We never heard our neighbors.

I recommend the Tegal Sari hotel. A little off the beaten track but close enough that you can walk to central Ubud. It’s very tranquil, peaceful, and is located amongst beautiful rice fields

We had the villa that comes with a private pool. It’s a very unique hotel. It’s 5 Star all the way, but it still has that Bali Jungle feel. Most of the rooms have a coy fish pond that runs through the middle!
