Has anyone had success seeing a vestibular neurologist for vision/vertigo/dizziness/poor night vision/feeling disoriented when in crowded places or grocery stores? Tia!

Getting checked by the neurologist would be a good idea for dizziness, vertigo, etc. If it is POTS/Dysautonomia, you can still see a neurologist, or cardiologist who specializes in autonomic dysfunction. Ehlers Danlos is seen by metabolic doctor, geneticist or sometimes rheumatologist. Again you have to check their speciality. EDS AND DYSAUTONOMIA are rare conditions and doctors are still being educated about them. If you want to learn more, go to Dysautonomia Advocacy Foundation Facebook page for more info. My son has Dysautonomia and EDS, and my daughter and I have not been diagnosed yet, but have EDS symptoms. I have proprioception problems (night vision, and others I listed above). My son has many of the symptoms you listed. I will send you something on proprioception. I think you may find it interesting.
Here is how to do a poor man tilt. Don't do it alone and have padding in case you faint. http://oiresource.com/oitest.htm

Be sure when you go to a neurologist and/or cardiologist that you call and find out who has experience with Pots. My son was diagnosed by a pediatric cardiologist who promptly announced she didn't treat it. www.dinet.org has a page of what helps. My son and I had dramatic improvements in our POTS within a couple months of Simplified Yasko.
