We can do it! I work foster beauty salon! We have a REDKEN. The chemical agents in Japanese hair colors and American ones are different. The Japanese ones are for dying black hair. The agent 1 that’s used in the hair colors in Japan is strong, so although the colors last, it’s hard to dye it another color. If you often change your hair color, you’d better not use Japanese hair-dyeing products.
