This time you may require that they tell you why it clogs so frequently, and see what it would take to fix that issue. Is it related to downspouts dumping into the sewer line? Tree roots?

I can't recommend a plumber, but last time this happened to me, I rented the 50' motorized drain snake from Home Depot. I think it was $45/6 hrs and worked like a charm.
