Raelynn Dunn - with all due respect that's not exactly true depending on what kind of set up. We had a "pro" out that wanted to go through the wall. I think I embarrassed him when I pointed out that it was a fiberglass enclosure and it's pretty simple to slice the silicone seam to remove the panel. I won't recommend this person, because I'm unsure if he was trying to make it a bigger job or not for $$
