Most banks will not notarize many things now days. Just a friendly reminder I do charge a travel fee and charge for the stamp. Our company is part of the BBB and Ethical Arizona which part of the BBB. Our fee is 20.00 and we work with Hospice and Heritage Health Care. For Heritage Health Care & Hospice you must contact Social Services to have us called out. Also I am required by law to have a copy of your current drivers license on hand in case the State of Arizona wants to audit me and i have it on file. We also keep a copy of everything that we notarize to CYA both the company and the client. We will be issuing to all our past and current clients by US Postal Mail their client account number. This number will be going out late October to all clients whom have had services with us. Just an reminder we have been told by the State of Arizona and all Notaries must follow this that our clients Driver's License, State IDs or any type of ID's must be current and not expired. If they are expired and they are Hospice or in a Home there must be 2 credible witness with current id that the Notary must retain copy of due an surprise audit at any time with the State. I do have the right to charge a travel fee only for company time and not charge for the stamp if there is no proper identification. Our company can be reach at 928-812-0055 for prompt service. Thank you for those whom had referred our company. Have a awesome week.
