Dr. Hany's office is fantastic! I had benefits and didn't have to pay upfront then when I changed my job with no benefits they are very understanding. They are awesome with my son who doesn't like going to the dentist and has other issues that if he can't sit in the chair they don't force him (been to one like that before and never again).

The dentist in Clinton is great. Veronica Lee is very sweet. Also if you need to be numbed, they use a little wand to numb you that they just tap your gums with. Never any needles.:)

I don't know of any in goderich, but at one point the Clinton Dental Clinic offered direct billing. Female dentist. If direct billing isn't a huge factor Dr Sasz, in goderich, is fantastic!!!

West Street Dental does direct billing. I go in for a cleaning, I book my next visit, I say thank you and smile and I leave:) No exchange of funds whatsoever. They always said if there was ever an issue they'd just call me. They have excellent customer service - you can even book your appt via text and get text reminders

Avoid West Street Dental. I've been trying to get an appointment for months and I never hear back, ever. My mom has also had three root canal on one tooth from this office. All I've had is terrible experience with them. Have heard the same for those who use Healthy Smiles coverage as well..
