News articles say late spring/early summer. With delays I don't think it will be ready for May. It is supposed to be a Comfort Inn so call them. 1-800-247-7045.

I used hot wire and was able to get a room at the Rogers centre hotel for less then 100 a night mind you that was a couple years ago but it was a nice hotel:)
