I have ink from Scott at Sugar Shack, Jay at STTP and most of my work has been done Mel, who apprenticed at Sugar and worked for a year here with Jay but got a full time spot at Hanger 18, she did my shoulder cover up for me last year, you can get in this year within a decent time frame and she had a soft touch! I highly recommend her!
