We use Datamax 928-753-3829..They have very good service and rates vary on what speed you want. Tried Frontier-very slow and service was bad.

We use Golden Valley Cable & Comminications. Have not had any problems, good speed. My husband works from home using VPN while streaming Netflix, I am on internet for school at the same time. No lag times. Use whichever works best for you. Good luck:)

Resolution. USFamily.net tech support emailed me to say that I was the one who shut off the spam filter over a year ago. Silly me. Considering I have no clue how to complete that procedure, I don't think I'm the one who did it. But again, I'm just the silly customer.
