Someone just commented and posted on Louisiana Flood Rescue - August 2016 about T-et's Cabinets Carpentry LLC. They showed pictures and highly recommended them.

Dubroc Designs makes amazing custom cabinets. But honestly, even if you got pre-fab, you'd probably have to wait at least a few weeks. So it's up to you what you want. Custom amazing cabinets are worth the wait.
