I did good ole fashion Stanley steamers and they did a solid job. Got my full deposit back. That said, you can also just buy one if you have your own place/carpets/pets for around $150.

Chem-Dry of Charleston. Chem-Dry is by far the best carpet cleaning process, and it doesn't do the damage of Steam Cleaning. I use to own Chem-Dry, and I'm very trained on the process. It's great.
