I did A LOT of research before I got my first one and they were definitely the best. Professional and they do touch ups for life ☺ I designed mine and just emailed it through.

I've used Edo Tattoo by Sagamino station. They speak English well enough there to make communication less difficult. Yue's Tattoo just outside the gate at Atsugi does very good work but communication can be a challenge.
