Tattoo shops will do them and honestly its better then Wal-Mart. Youll just have to sign a consent waver and pop pop done

Tattoo shop is your best bet. They're the cleanest place you could possibly go to have a needle punched through your flesh. And they'll appreciate you taking your kid to them rather than Walmart or Claire's. Those places are not designed for that procedure. My ears were pierced at Claires. They messed up and had to repunch. Never again will I go to a Claires for anything

Tattoo shops are safer because they sterilize and use different needles each time. Others places use same gun and same needle.
