PT is my recommendation...Teri is right Ben Dorman's wife is good, so is Caroline, I don't know her last name but she is Jenny Walsh (from IR) sister. A good massage at Tru You might help. People with arthritic pain love Tremeel Cream, it's over the counter and you can get it at Altru retail. I feel for you a sore back is horrible!
