Working on a list of vets and animal hospitals in the DFW area that local rescues and rescue peeps use. Hoping to post this so that it will help out of the area...

Mercy Animal Clinic was great to work with, especially out of state. they make everything easy and sent bills etc. digitally.
Hhr D. replied:
A lot of rescues also use Country Brook Animal Hospital: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Country-Brook-Animal-Hospital/163657810339747

Lindsay Correa is the Millsap vet open almost 24 hours a day?
Lindsay C. replied:
....I don't think so. Dr. Bruner takes emergency calls though. I take my pets to her for pretty much everything. She is significantly less expensive than normal ER vets
Hhr D. replied:
RJ Mandeville Gale Ratcliff Melinda Peinado Atkinson can make some more suggestions I'm sure
Terry C. replied:
Vickie Feltner once I get it made I will put it on our rescue page under album of Resources.
Lindsay C. replied:
Animal hospital on Teasley Lane has discount rates, and they carry the New Castle vaccine, which may or may not cure distemper (but I have seen positive results). Dr. Bruner in Millsap can be moody, but worth it. Millsap Vet Clinic gives rescue discount and they are great. We use TCAP for prepaid puppy packages for our puppy adoptions to make life easier....
Dr. Kutch@Creekside Animal Hospital in S. Arlington

Not sure Terry - but I do recall they can do vet boarding overnight for sick dogs. Most vets do. Melinda Peinado Atkinson has a lot of resources and suggestions for the area. A compiled list for rescues would be great. I think Paige McGehee Johnson can suggest some resources too.
RJ M. replied:
VCA Buckner (loop 12) is at Buckner and I30. Think Dallas/Mesquite border. I know they have good/special rescue rates with 501 c3 paperwork presented (talk to Sandi for specific rates) & they do iso for at least 1 rescue I've pulled for several times. It's not far from Mesquite Shelter either.
Cindy N. replied:
http://www.animalcarearlington.com/ - no boarding but do have isolation area. they are the ones that saved my Sandy when she had parvo. They offer rescues rates for 501 c rescues. This is where all my fosters go.
Terry C. replied:
So here is what I have so far. It is NOT complete. I will try to update it every two weeks once I have it in the form I want. Additions are welcomed. I have made an album at Forgotten Souls Bully Rescue at the link: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.316322571881915.1073741846.280836318763874&type=3
