Jonathan, many contractors do design/build. We brought in a good friend who is an architect when we redid our home. He said we really didn't need an architect(even though we gutted the place!) and could save a ton of $$ just using a builder that he and I both knew. That said, I would highly recommend Sears Architects, and Insignia Homes. Good luck!
