I order from buildasign.com. Once you order the first time, they add you to their mailing list and send 40-50% off discount a few times a year; they have 20% off now. I hear Handicap signs on Burton offers better quality, but its a bit more expensive. Pest- I've used Griffin and they were fairly competitive in price. Also, Bob Shultz has a great reputation in the realtor community. Good luck!

My suggestion with bug infestation is to immediately do something yourself. Certainly get ahold of an exterminator, but go drop $20 at Home Depot and try something. Don't wait.

WE GOT AAA Lawn service and they do 4 treatments and removal over the summer for around 150. You could get one now and 3 more next spring and summer. Kills bees spiders and lots of pests and is human safe
